We had these at a cousin's house this weekend. She added bacon and walnuts to the recipe. Easy and delicious. Ingredients:
1 pkg.(5.2 oz) garlic-herb cheese spread |
2 tb grated parmesan |
30 small fresh mushroom caps |
she added 3 slices,crisp,cooked bacon crumbled |
1/2 c toasted walnuts chopped |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine garlic-herb cheese,parmesan andbacon and walnuts (if using) Spoon into mushroom caps. 2. Sprinkle with 1 TB Parmesan cheese. 3. Bake on foil-lined baking sheet at 400' for 10-12 mins or till lightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil ,if desired |
