You cannot fail with this one. I don't know anyone who doesn't love the yummy combo or succulent crab meat with tender artichoke hearts, served with crostinis, it's a total winner. Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened |
1 cup mayo |
8 oz crab meat, lump works the best |
13-16 oz artichoke hearts, drained and diced |
1/3 cup chopped white or yellow onion |
3/4 good quality shredded parmesan |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 375 2. Cream together the cream cheese and mayo. 3. Add remaining ingredients and spread into glass baking dish 4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly 5. Garnish with some chopped flat leaf parsley and serve with toasted bread! |
