Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can cooked fava beans |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 large tomato, diced |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1 lemon, juice of |
salt |
pepper |
red chili pepper |
pita bread (optional) |
Directions:
1. Pour the beans into a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Mix them well and add remaining. 3. Bring to a boil again, then reduce to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes. 4. This dish is usually eaten with pita bread. |
