foo yung to please Ingredients:
4 eggs,well beaten |
1 package (about 8 oz. ) fresh beansprouts,or 1 (1#) can,drained |
1/3 cup diagonly ,thinly sliced green tailed onions |
1 cup (about 8 oz.) flaked,cooked crab meat,small shrimp or slivers of chicken-or no meat for vegitarian style |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/8 tsp. garlic powder |
2 tbs.oil for frying |

1 tsp. cornstarch |
1 tsp. sugar |
2 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp. vinegar |
1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable stock |
Directions:
1. combine all of the ingredients except oil, mixing lightly 2. heat oil,using just enough to coat bottom of a large skillet, using the rest of the oil as needed 3. using 1/4 cup of mixture,fry as you would a pancake, turning once 4. remove to a heated plate and cover to keep warm till all are cooked 5. in the meantime make sauce 6. foo yung sauce 7. combine all of the ingredients,over medium heat in a small pan 8. cook till sauce has thickened, pour over foo yung and serve |
