From The Wise Encyclopedia of Cookery, 1948. The size of the can of crab is not included in the text, so I just guessed. Hope it works! This sounds so simple and good. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can crabmeat |
2 eggs |
salt or pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. 2. Heat a bit of oil in a skillet. 3. Add crab, season with salt and pepper, and fry for a few seconds. 4. Add beaten eggs, and stir to mix. 5. Cook until egg is set. 6. Serve immediately. |
