Changed chocolate chips to raisins. Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine, softened |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup white sugar |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup water |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 3/4 cups flour |
3/4 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 1/4 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup flax (ground) |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1 1/4 raisins |
1/4 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Beat together margarine, brown and white sugar, eggs, water and vanilla. 2. Sift together flour, soda and salt. 3. Combine the above 2 mixtures. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Chill dough for 1/2 hour or longer. 5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough on cookie sheet. Flatten somewhat as dough will not spread very much. 6. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned |
