Looking for an alternative to garlic bread? Try this golden focaccia bread that's a big hit at our house. The dough is easy to whip up in the bread machine, then season with rosemary, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. I serve it warm whenever we're having spaghetti or another Italian dish. -Kay King, Dyersville, Iowa Ingredients:
3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons water (70° to 80°) |
3 tablespoons butter, softened |
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1-1/2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups king arthur unbleached bread flour |
2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast |
