Low cal, lowfat bread Ingredients:
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon yeast |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Spray bowl with Pam, cover with damp cloth and let rise in warm place for 20 minutes. 2. Punch dough down, place on sprayed baking sheet. Pat into 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. 3. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
