Ingredients:
1 cube(s) warm water
1 envelope(s) dry yeast
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) oregano
1 teaspoon(s) basil
1/2 teaspoon(s) rosemary
Directions:
1. Stir together water, yeast and olive oil until yeast is dissolved. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Combine flour, salt, oregano, basil and rosemary in the bowl of a food processor. Pour in the yeast mixture and process until dough forms a ball.
3. Remove from processor and, with floured hands, pat all sides of dough until stickiness disappears. Place in lightly oiled bowl and turn it to coat all surfaces. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise.
4. When dough has doubled (in about an hour), punch dough down, and turn onto a lightly floured work surface. Punch and pull into a rough circle; either oil a 9-inch round pan or add a dusting of cornmeal to a baking sheet, and place dough in pan, pressing dough with your finger-tips.
5. To make focaccia, brush dough with olive oil and cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap. Allow dough to double (this takes about an hour in a warm place), then heat oven to 375 degrees, and bake bread about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool in the pan for 10 min¬utes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
6. To make pizza, follow steps 1-4, then brush dough with olive oil, top with pasta or tomato sauce and toppings of your choice. Heat oven to 500 degrees, and bake pizza for about 10-12 minutes, or until dough has browned and toppings have turned tender.
