This recipe uses the Bridgeford frozen bread dough that is ready to rise and use, topped with anything you like here are some suggestions
Ingredients:
bridford loaf (comes in a 3 pack use 1 for each focaccia
jalapeno artichoke dip (costco item) or bruschetta toppings in gourmet section of grocery store (artichoke parmesean in olive oil, etc)
olive oil
tomatoe/pizza/jar red sauce
parmesan cheese
fresh herbs (whatever you have i use rosemary, french , oregano
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
fresh chopped garlic
jalaeno pepper jack
adell's sausage sliced
salame/peperoni, sliced
mushrooms, sliced
onions, chipped
bell peppe r,chopped
olives (green or black your preference), chopped
Directions:
1. Defrost bread per package directions on a jellyroll size pan with olive oil under and on bread
2. let it rise until it will roll out and then let it rise again to fill pan
3. poke gently to make dimples. spread with olive oil
4. spread with tomatoe/pasta/pizza sauce
5. chop herbs and garlic and sprinkle over bread
6. generously grind seasalt and pepper, you want it coarse
7. spread jalapeno artichoke dip or teppenade on center of bread.
8. Top with vegetables & meats
9. Shread Cheese on top
10. Bake 375 10 minutes
11. bake an additional 15 minutes with foil over edge if it is getting too brown
12. Temp of done bread is 195F cook till middle crust is done, bottom will be golden
