A filling of cream cheese, white chocolate flavor pudding and whipped topping is spooned into a graham cracker crust in this airy, no-bake cheesecake. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 1/4 cups cold milk, divided |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o white chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling |
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping |
1 (6 ounce) graham pie crust |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. 2. Add remaining 1 cup milk and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. 3. Gently stir in whipped topping until well blended. Spoon into crust. 4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. 5. Garnish with white chocolate curls. |
