From an awesome cookbook I just bought... The Busy Family Cookbook - these eggs were really great! Very simple too! Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk (i used low fat and it worked just fine..) |
2 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the milk. 2. In a large skillet, heat the butter until hot. 3. Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. 4. Season with salt and pepper. |
