The cream cheese makes this pie extra tasty
Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add sugar and spice. Beat until combined.
3. Add eggs one at a time mixing until combined.
4. Stir in pumpkin
5. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool for 1 hour.
7. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
8. Garnish with whip topping
