This is a very tasty potato dish. Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 onion, chopped |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 (6 ounce) can french fried onions |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
2. Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, onion, eggs, flour, salt and black pepper in an electric mixer. Beat 2 to 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Spread fried onions evenly over the top.
3. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
