This is a fun thing to toss in the kids lunchbox, or perhaps for an after-school snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup frozen or thawed whipped topping |
celery, ritz crackers, apples, pears or cheese, cubes |
Directions:
1. Whisk first 3 ingredients together gently fold in the whipped toppping. Refrigerate until serving. |
