A yummy breakfast treat. Ingredients:
1/2 lb. bacon (about 12 slices) |
1/2 c. bisquick baking mix |
3 eggs |
1 1/4 c. milk |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 °.. 2. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. 3. Cut bacon slices into thirds. 4. Cook and stir bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. 5. Spread bacon in bottom of casserole. 6. Beat baking mix, eggs, milk, salt and pepper with hand 7. beater until almost smooth. 8. Slowly pour egg mixture over bacon; sprinkle with cheese. 9. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. |
