my husband used to ask me all the time to make cheesecake but i never liked the results i got - then my cousin gave me this and it is so quick and easy i make it all the time, which makes my husband happy and now our 2 kids!!! Hope you all enjoy it. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (soft) |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 cups whipped cream |
1 prepared graham cracker crust (9 inch) |
Directions:
1. Whip cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spoon into prepared graham crust and refridgerate for 2 hours.
2. For an added treat spoon a can of cherry pie filling over before refridgerating.
