This one is for all the little Easter Bunnies out there. They will love this dessert. Ingredients:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
4 tablespoons sugar |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
1 drop yellow food coloring |
1/4 cup coconut |
1 drop green food coloring |
easter marshmallow candy (chicks, bunnies eggs) |
Directions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar. 2. Add butter and mix well. 3. Press into 9in pie plate. 4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. 5. Fold in whipped topping. 6. Add extract and food color. 7. Pour into crust. 8. Mix coconut with green food coloring. 9. Sprinkle on top of pie. 10. Arrange Easter candy on top. |
