Simple and quick to prepare - the fluffiest dumplings i ever made! Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken broth |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 3/4 ounces flour |
2 eggs |
4 cups chicken broth (for soup) |
Directions:
1. bring broth, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour and mix with hand mixer until it separates into big pearls. Work in one egg at a time. Put dough into zip top bag, snip a corner and pipe into chicken broth. |
