Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup whole milk |
1/4 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and milk in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in marmalade and ginger.
2. Beat whipping cream at high speed of an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Serve with fresh fruit.
