Whip up this yummy fluffy cheesecake frosting with only a few ingredients. It is the perfect icing to finish off any cake and is incredibly easy to make. Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 ounces) tub-style light cream cheese, softened |
1 (1-ounce) package sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix |
2 cups fat-free milk |
2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat with a mixer at low speed 2 minutes or until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and chill 1 hour.
