I made this for dinner guests and the combination was delightful as well as flavor and texture Ingredients:
1 large ripe cantelope |
1/2 cup key lime wine |
2 tbs honey or to taste |
dash or cinnamon and nutmeg |
mint leaves to garnish |
Directions:
1. Cut up cantelope, remove seeds and place in blender with the Key Lime wine, 2. Process to liquify. 3. Blend in the honey and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon to taste 4. Note: if you don't have key lime wine, just mix some fresh squeezed key lime juice into a white fruity type of wine |
