This bannana cake is so light and fluffy that one piece will never be enough! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup oil |
2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
2 1/2 teaspoon hot water |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 bannanas |
1 cup water |
2 1/2 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Mix together each ingredient one at a time 2. the bannans can be mushed ahead of time or just mixed really well when out in the bowl! 3. use a 9x13 pan 4. bake for 1 hour 350 or until inserted toothpick comes out clean 5. ENJOY!! |
