This is great for a quick dinner night! It's easy, and so tasty! The kids will love it!Feel free to add your own favorite spices! That's what make a recipe your own! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/2-1 cup frozen corn (can use cannd corn, drained) |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 cups medium egg noodles |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
6 green onions, finely chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic over medium heat; drain fat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce,corn, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain. Toss with sour cream, cream sheese and green onions. Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture.
3. Add the rest of the noodles and top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
