A bread with a chicken sauce topping. This dish requires a flower pot shaped baking dish. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
mixed italian herbs, to taste |
2 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons milk |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded |
1 cup tomato, diced |
mixed italian herbs, to taste |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup red onion, diced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for bread together. 2. Split batter into 4 equal parts and pour into flower pot dishes. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minute 4. Mix ingredients for topping together, spoon onto baked bread. 5. Return to oven for 5 minutes. |
