Ingredients:
4 ounce(s) 4-1 oz sq semisweet choc chopped |
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) cocoa |
3 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. preheat 300 degrees
2. grease and 8 inch cake pan and dust with cocoa.. set aside
3. in microwave.. melt chocl and butter
4. add sugar, cocoa, eggs, vanila and mix well
5. pour into pan
6. degrees for 30 minutes
7. cool
8. wire rack
9. serves 8
