Family Recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 tablespoons lard |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
salt |
water, warm |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and baking powder and salt to taste. Cut in lard. Add warm water to make dough easy to handle. 2. Roll individual tortillas out and fry on hot pan sprayed with cooking spray until done, flipping once. |
