Can be used for many recipes Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch sugar |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oil. Add water and mix with hands or pulse in food processor until dough is formed. Divide into 10 small balls. 2. Roll each flat with rolling pin and cook on very hot ungreased griddle until lightly brown on each side. |
