PARVE. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp. smart balance 37% light buttery spread |
3/4 tsp. dill weed |
1 tbsp. lemon juice |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 scallions, chopped |
14 oz. flounder fillet, frozen |
Directions:
1. medium low heat, heat all ingredients except fish. stirring until margarine is melted and hot. add flounder. Cover and cook 5 -8 minutes until soft. Baste fish occassionaly. |
