Florida Citrus Broiled Salmon |

Ingredients:
4 6-oz. salmon fillets |
1/4 cup(s) green onion, sliced |
kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste |
1 orange, peeled and sliced crosswise into 1/4 rounds |
2 teaspoon(s) red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to broil. Broil salmon 4-6" away from heat for 13-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top broiled fish with vinegar, orange slices and onions, evenly divided among the salmon fillets. |
