2/3 cup green cabbage, julienned |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned |
1/2 cup green bell pepper, julienned |
3/4 cup carrots, julienned |
3/4 cup yellow squash, julienned (do not use center) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped |
to taste – salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly let the flavors combine for at least 1 hour 2. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving; serve cold |
