Taken from a Recipes + magazine. Ingredients:
2 cups corn flakes |
3/4 cup sultana |
100 g glace cherries, chopped |
125 g glace ginger, chopped |
3/4 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk |
60 g white chocolate, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C, grease and line 26 x 16 cms slice pan with baking paper. 2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate, mix well. 3. Press into pan, smooth surface. 4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. 6. Cut into 5 cm pieces, drizzle with melted chocolate, let set. |
