taste sensation! Ingredients:
150 g butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
70 g sliced almonds |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup glace cherries |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and sugar in a large saucepan. 2. Remove from heat and add almonds, raisins and cherries. 3. Sift flour and baking powder into the saucepan and mix until combined. 4. Spread into a greased 20cm square shallow tin. 5. Bake at 180C degrees for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked. 6. Melt chocolate in microwave or over hot water. 7. Drizzle over slice while still warm. 8. Cut into sqaures or fingers while warm. |
