Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces tequila (preferably anejo or reposado) |
1 ounce manzanilla sherry |
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur |
1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur |
2 dashes orange bitters |
marasca cherry, for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the tequila, sherry, maraschino liqueur, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice; stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry. 2. Photograph by Charles Masters |
