One of my favorite breakfast recipes, these crepes are delicious, quick, and easy!!! Ingredients:
8 eggs |
2 cups milk |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 cups flour |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. With an electrical blender, blend until smooth. 3. Melt butter in two frying pans. 4. Pour batter into frying pans, so there is a thin layer of it in each frying pan. 5. Flip with a spatula. 6. When both sides of the crepe are golden brown, remove from pan and repeat process. 7. Serve immediately. |
