An easy to make, quick to bake and absolutely delicious treat.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 (375 g) can pie apples
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and butter together until creamy.
2. Add eggs and beat slowly.
3. Add flour and baking powder slowly and beat.
4. Add milk and beat.
5. Empty tin of pie apples into the mixture and pour into an oven proof dish.
6. spinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
7. Bake at 180 C for 1/2 an hour.
