1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jello strawberry flavor low calorie sugar-free jello (or orange) |
1/2 cup cold water |
3/4 cup ice cube |
1 cup thawed cool whip lite, divided |
6 tablespoons thawed cool whip lite, divided |
Directions:
1. Divide strawberries (or cantaloupe) between 6 tall dessert glasses. 2. Stir boiling water into dry jello in medium bowl at least 2 minutes til completely dissolved. 3. Add cold water and ice cubes, strring until ice is completely melted. 4. Remove 3/4 cup jello and pour evenly over berries. 5. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until jello is set but not firm. 6. Add 1 cup cool whip to remaining jello. 7. Stir with gently wire whisk til well blended. 8. Spoon evenly over jello. 9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. 10. Top each parfait with 1 TBS cool whip just before serving. 11. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. |
