Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
pinch salt |
1 cup softened butter |
2/3 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
2 cups bittersweet chocolate chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Using a hand-held electric beater, cream butter and sugars for 5 minutes. Drop golf-ball size batter, about 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake for about 9 to 12 minutes, depending on whether you like them a bit chewier or slightly crunchy. 5. Remove from oven and let cool on the cookie sheet. 6. Home Cook Recipe: A viewer or guest of the show, who may not be a professional cook, provided this recipe.
