                    A nice way to have flax seed oil either over salad or warm veggies. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 teaspoon raspberry jam  |  
                                                1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)  |  
                                                1 clove crushed garlic  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 cup apple cider vinegar  |  
                                                1/2 cup flax seed oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Place all ingredients in jar and shake or in blender and mix. 2. Variations; try using mint, basil or parsley in place of coriander and experiment with other fruit jams.                              |
