low carb muffins with flax Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground flax seeds |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 packet smucker's no sugar added orange spread, splenda |
1/4 cup egg white |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 tablespoon whey protein powder |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together until thoroughly blended. Spread evenly. (I mix and cook in the same grab-it bowl) Nuke for 50 seconds. |
