Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 packet smucker's no sugar added orange spread, splenda
1/4 cup egg white
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon whey protein powder
Directions:
1. Mix it all together until thoroughly blended. Spread evenly. (I mix and cook in the same grab-it bowl) Nuke for 50 seconds.
