Good, grainy, sweet muffins. Edit 10/21/11: Thank you reviewers! Recently I am getting many reviews all of the sudden! I'm glad you like these muffins! :) Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground flax seeds |
1/2 cup rye flour |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
1/4 cup coconut oil |
1/4 cup honey |
1 ripe banana |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Add the egg, oil, honey, and banana one by one. 4. Bake for 20- 25 minutes. |
