For those who love tomato soup and want to try it a little differently. This would go wonderfully with a grilled cheese sandwich, but I love to eat it with saltines. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth |
3 cups tomato juice |
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan mix broth, tomato juice, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. 2. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Cook 10 minutes then serve. |
