This is a staple here in the Rio Grande Valley... A must at partys and just for lunch! Ingredients:
24 corn tortillas |
3 cups cooked chicken i have used left over turkey and rotiss chicken |
salt and pepper to taste |
cumin and chili powder to taste... we like more cumin than chili |
oil to fry |
u can add some chopped fresh jalapeno if you want |
Directions:
1. Shred chicken 2. Season 3. Place at one end of tortilla 4. Roll 5. Secure with toothpick 6. Deep fry until brown 7. We like to serve with salsa and sour cream 8. These are soooooo easy and tasty! |
