yummy healthy and super easy for weeknight dinners Ingredients:
12 whole wheat tortillas |
1 lb chicken breast |
1/4 cup cheese |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
12 ounces pinto beans |
6 tablespoons salsa |
Directions:
1. cook chicken breast until no longer pink. 2. shred with fork. 3. stuff each tortilla with equal amount of chicken and cheese. 4. place in heated and oiled skillet. 5. fry until golden brown. 6. mean while simmer beans. |
