Perfect flap jack recipe given to me by my work colleague who is the best cake maker ever Ingredients:
6 ounces butter |
6 ounces brown sugar |
1 dessert spoon golden syrup |
8 ounces rolled oats |
1 ounce self raising flour |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar and golden syrup. Add to oats and flour and mix well. Press gently into a greased and lined baking tin and bake for 20 mins at 180 (gas mark 4). |
