I just bought some Better 'N Peanut Butter the other day and now I'm looking for recipes to use it. Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk, vanilla |
2 tablespoons better 'n peanut butter spread |
2 tablespoons real maple syrup |
4 teaspoons protein powder, your favorite brand (optional) |
1 tablespoon oat bran |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 pinch ground allspice |
1 3/4 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes through feed tube, one at a time, until thick and smooth. |
