A fast and easy dinner for family or company. Tastes great and looks impressive. Ingredients:
2 lbs flank steaks |
5 slices bacon |
garlic, crushed |
pepper |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Pound steak to 1/2 . 2. Rub with crushed garlic and sprinkle with pepper. 3. Score steak diagonally making diamond-shaped cuts. 4. Place bacon on steaks and sprinkle with parsley. 5. Roll up steaks and put a toothpick in every inch. 6. Cut in 1- 1 1/2 pieces. 7. Lay flat on broiler. 8. Broil 5- 7 minutes on each side. |
