a delicious cake-pizza-hybrid from france. Ingredients:
250 g flour |
125 g butter |
80 ml water |
1 tsp salt |
150 g lean ham, diced |
500 g onions |
3 eggs |
60 g butter |
60 g flour |
250 ml milk |
150 ml yogurt, plain, skim milk |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. for the dough, mix 250g flour, 125g butter, 80ml water and 1tsp salt 2. put the dough in a cool place for 30 min. 3. steam the onions with butter, add flour and milk, let cook for 5 min. 4. mix egg yolks, yogurt, salt, pepper, nutmeg 5. whisk the egg whites stiff and add to the mix 6. put the dough into a baking tin, add onions, ham and the egg-yogurt mix 7. bake for 30 min. until it looks delicious ;) |
