Was goofing around making drinks for my girlfriend one night and stumbled upon this. Named the flamingo because of its bright pink color and tropical flavor. Ingredients:
2 ounces parrot bay rum (or malibu rum) |
1 ounce triple sec |
1 ounce alize red passion liqueur |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled. 2. Pour into large cocktail glass or fluted champagne or white wine glass. 3. Enjoy. |
