~Appetizer~ Ingredients:
1 chunk of gruyere |
flour, to drench in |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 oz grand marnier 150 |
fresh lemon |
Directions:
1. Place 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan. 2. Cut Gruyere in 1 slices. 3. Drag in flour on both sides. 4. Place in pan and brown lightly on both sides. 5. In a very hot oven ,place slices for 3 minutes(you do not want to leave them in to long) 6. Remove from oven,place on heat proof plate. 7. Pour the Grand Marnier over top. 8. Light,extinguish flame with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 9. ~Serve with a nice bread~ |
